Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery costs AED 30, or AED 51 to the Western Region (Al Dhafra), and normally takes 1–3 days after payment confirmation. Please select your exact emirate and area at checkout; choosing or writing a different place can delay your order. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by location, public holidays, weather, or incorrect delivery details.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable UAE phone number. We may contact you to confirm delivery information.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where we can, but changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch has started.

Returns and order issues

If your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. An eligible remedy may include replacement or refund, in line with applicable UAE consumer protection law.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to process and deliver your order, provide support, manage optional customer accounts and order history, record marketing choices, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. This may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, Google account identifier, order details, payment reference, and limited technical information such as an IP address when needed for consent records or security. For gift orders, we also collect the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address solely to fulfil the order.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Blend’d Brew. We use service providers including Ziina for payments, Firebase for order data, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for transactional and optional marketing emails. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Marketing emails are optional. We add an email address to our offers list only when the customer selects the marketing checkbox at checkout or confirms a subscription requested through our subscribe page. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed customers are excluded from future announcements. Order confirmations, tracking updates, and other service messages may still be sent when required to fulfil an order.

Blend’d Rewards

When Blend’d Rewards is active, signed-in customers earn 0.05 Blends for every AED 1 spent on products in an eligible website order. Delivery fees are excluded. Use the same verified Google email at checkout so the order can be linked to your account.

Blends are added after an eligible paid order is marked as delivered. Cancelled and refunded orders do not earn Blends. A partial refund reduces the Blends earned for that order proportionally, and a full refund or cancellation reverses them completely.

Blends currently have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot yet be redeemed. When redemption becomes available, only one discount may be applied to each order: either Blends or one discount code, never both. We may pause future earning while keeping existing balances saved. Redemption value and any expiry policy will be published before redemption becomes available.

Website and sales terms

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams. Product availability can change. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we will contact you and arrange a suitable resolution.

You must provide accurate order and delivery information and use this website lawfully. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
